Single Channel 14-Bit 80/65/40/25/10MSPS ADC
The SC2245 is a single channel, 14-bit, 80MSPS/65MSPS/40MSPS/25MSPS/10MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC), powered by a 3V analog power supply, a separate output power supply can drive logic circuits ranging from 2.1V to 3.6V. The SC2245 features a multistage, differential pipelined architecture, equipped with a high-performance sample-and-hold circuit and an on-chip reference voltage.
The SC2245 is designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals. The SC2245 is perfect for demanding imaging and communications applications with 72.8dB SNR and 85dB SFDR for signals well beyond the Nyquist frequency at 80MHz sample rate. DC specs include ±1LSB INL (typ), ±0.25LSB DNL (typ) and no missing codes over temperature. Input reference noise is as low as 0.96LSBRMS.
The SC2245 is available in a 32-lead QFN package,which can replace ADI/Linear's LTC2245CUH#TRPBF and LTC2245IUH#TRPBF
