Bomkey Electronicsacts as an agent for distributing precision resistors of ISABELLENHUETTE (Isabellenhütte, abbreviated as ISA)
Founded in 1842, ISABELLENHUETTE is headquartered in Dillenburg, Hesse, Germany. With long-standing metallurgical experience and technological innovation, it has become a benchmark enterprise in high-precision resistors and alloy materials, particularly playing a vital role in high-power scenarios of automotive and industrial fields. Its products are renowned for low temperature drift, high stability, and long service life, making them ideal choices for precise current detection and power control.
Today, let's discuss high-power resistors. Both the PBV series and PBH series resistors belong to its through-hole power resistor category, specifically designed for high-power and precision current detection applications.
· Resistance Range: 0.0005Ω to 1Ω, suitable for various circuit scenarios requiring low resistance values.
· Accuracy: Tolerance options of ±0.5%, ±1%, and ±5% are provided to meet specific application requirements.
· Temperature Coefficient (TCR): For resistances ≥ R010, TCR < ±30ppm/°C (20–60°C); for resistances < R010, TCR < ±75ppm/°C, ensuring good temperature stability with minimal impact from temperature changes.
· Power Rating: 10W when mounted on a suitable heat sink, and 3W in free air, capable of withstanding certain power loads.
· Inductance: <10nH, making it suitable for circuits with low inductance requirements.
· Stability: Under rated power at 70°C, the deviation is <0.5% after 2000 hours, demonstrating high stability.
· Identified as precision resistors, they use manganin-nickel-copper resistance alloy, featuring low temperature coefficient (<20ppm/K), high stability, ultra-low thermal internal resistance, and low thermal EMF (for copper).
· The inductance of 1Ω PBH series resistors is <40nH.
· PBV Series: Adopts a 4-terminal through-hole design for easy mounting on heat sinks. The Kelvin connection enables high-precision measurement at extremely low resistance values.
· PBH Series: Typically features axial lead design, facilitating installation and soldering on circuit boards, suitable for traditional through-hole assembly processes.
· PBV Series: Offers high precision, low inductance, good heat dissipation, and high power tolerance, ensuring stable operation in complex electrical environments for accurate current detection.
· PBH Series: With extremely low temperature coefficient, high stability, and ultra-low thermal internal resistance, it maintains resistance stability under different working conditions, reducing errors caused by temperature changes and thermal effects to improve circuit performance and reliability.
